Summary

I led a complete rebuild of Oxford Properties’ site using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Agility CMS. Although provided with a site map, I identified key UX issues in navigation and overall flow, prompting a mid-project redesign of core pages in Figma to better serve the client's goals.

Working closely with stakeholders in weekly meetings, I made key executive decisions to enhance the user experience and streamline content delivery. Reusable components were built with flexible props to ensure scalability and maintain a consistent design system throughout the site.
